Try these 3 ActivMotion Bar strength exercises with Master Instructor, Pete McCall.

Exercise #1 is a standing bent over row combined with a bicep curl. Be sure to stabilize the ball bearings inside the ActivMotion Bar at all times.

Exercise #2 is a front squat combined with an over head press. Again, be sure to stabilize the ball bearings inside the ActivMotion Bar at all times during this exercise.

Exercise #3 is a dynamic windmill press. For this exercise, hold your ActivMotion Bar with one hand on the center logo. As your body moves lateral and down towards the ground, drive the bar up towards the ceiling while stabilizing it as best as you can.
